Franchisees and dealers in automotive, equipment, powersports, building products, and home services. You carry a brand, you earn co-op on what you buy, and you have better things to do than assemble claim packages.
Dealer networks are where co-op began and where most of its paperwork still lives. A typical dealer program in our data requires prior approval of every ad, a paid invoice and proof the ad ran (tearsheet, station affidavit, or screenshot) with every claim, and filing within 60 days, and it forfeits whatever you did not spend. Roughly a third also tie your eligibility to being current on your account and to your tier. You know the drill.
| The old way still the industry standard | Co-Op Managers |
|---|---|
| Submit the ad for approval and wait. | Pick a template already approved by your brand. Add your dealership details and a local offer. Run it. |
| Gather the invoice, the tearsheet or affidavit or screenshot, and the claim form. Mail or upload it. | Nothing to gather. The system placed the buy, so the proof is already attached. |
| Call the rep to find out your balance. | See your balance, pending, and expiring funds every time you log in. |
| Use the brand's agency and reconcile their invoice against your claim. | Buy it yourself in the portal, or have our team place it for you. Same fund, same record either way. |
| Find out in December that you left money on the table. | Hear from us in October if you are behind. |
We contract with manufacturers and franchisors, not with individual dealers, so if your brand is not a client we cannot process your claims. But we can tell you whether your brand has a published program and what its terms are, and we can approach the brand about running it. Dealer demand is the reason brands modernize. Use the form below and tell us which brands you carry.
We will tell you whether we manage any of their programs, and what you can do with the ones we do not.
