Programs come to us from spreadsheets, from an incumbent administrator, or from a brand that has never formalized co-op at all. The path is the same: import what exists, configure the rules, run in parallel, switch.
We read your current program document, claim forms, and last year's activity, and write back the program as a set of parameters. This is where inconsistencies surface, and where most brands discover rules nobody has enforced in years.
Dealer roster with tiers and status. Current balances. Purchase history if accrual depends on it, from your ERP, a file, or entered by our team. Your creative assets and brand standards, which become the template library.
We configure the program and build the templates. Your brand team approves them. This is the one approval the program will ever need for creative.
Dealers get logins. For one cycle, claims can still come the old way while new activity runs on the platform. Then the old way stops. Most programs are fully live in four to eight weeks.
Ask them for a full export of dealers, balances, claim history, and approved creative. You own that data. We import all of it, including open claims, so no dealer loses a reimbursement in the transition. Where their contract requires notice, the parallel run covers the notice period.
A program review walks through your current rules, where the manual work is, and what disappears when the program runs on Co-Op Command.
